You get a completely ready and configured solution within 5-10 minutes. On average, we see that warehouses need 1 to 2 weeks of preparation, for example for purchasing printers and to count all inventory. By default, you get UpWMS on a dedicated domain that belongs to our company. You can use the UpWMS software on your own domain. Example: Your domain (your company name.com) (with your main site) You can buy a new domain in the APP domain zone (your company name.app)(your additional domain for the warehouse management system) Then you will need to redirect our default NS Servers to your domain. Updating NS Servers takes 2-7 days. Our staff will guide you by the hand in connecting your own domain.
We hope that you enjoy UpWMS and choose to stay, but ofcourse it is possible to cancel your UpWMS subscription at any moment. You will not receive new invoices if you are not using the UpWMS software. You pay according to the results of your work. If you don't work, you do not receive an invoice, after 3 months the subscription will be canceled automatically.
Switching between plans occurs automatically. You just use UpWMS, the more orders, the cheaper the price per order. Payment for Additional User Seat Cost - depends on the number of orders, the more orders, the cheaper the payment. If the warehouse was not working and you did not make a single order, you do not pay Additional User Seat Cost
